Work from a few new-to-me creative ladies showcased in GOOD Magazine’s special showcase on females in design. This showcase is a companion to an earlier post Dylan wrote which stirred up a fair amount of controversy regarding gender bias in the work world (read more here and here and here) so I spent last night slaving away at a response, one from a live female this time, on the subject. That embroidered lettering is so nice! Reminds me of friendship bracelets. I’m curious as to their process, because the color transitions are so soft.
