This is one of those websites I could look at ALL DAY. I Love Hotdogs is all film stills from varying movie genres, spanning from several decades. It’s mostly cult classics & independents, but the occasional big flick does appear…Huge range of awesome stuff, I love getting to compare a hilariously styled 80’s flick and then a gorgeous 60’s Jean-Luc Godard classic. It’s funny how even though the films vary wildly in design/subject matter, they all have that film-still feel, so they seem united even if they don’t look similar. Got some new additions to my netflix too: The 5,000 Fingers of Dr. T (loved this movie as a kid, but haven’t seen it in years), Airplane (again), The Klute (I want Jane Fonda’s hair!), Mystery Train, Pierrot Le Fou, and I’m sure many more to come. Mystery Train = wonderful. Watched it right before going to Memphis and it was perfect!
